Covid-19 and Code
In response to Covid-19 and Code Enforcement- please read the following guidelines.
On-site Inspections will be performed in all unoccupied or outside spaces.
Video and Photographs will be accepted per the approval of the Code Enforcement Officer for all occupied structures. (this excludes all commercial/public buildings)
Document Submittal- All (Building, SWWD, Violations, Complaints, Internal Plumbing, Business, ETC.) documents can be submitted via email or drop box outside of Town Hall. Please do NOT leave checks with applications. You will be notified when your permit is ready for pick up. At that time, you will need to visit customer service during regular business hours to pay/pick up at that time.
Appointments- Please schedule appointments via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (207-752-6103). All appointments will take place on site at Town Hall 11 Sullivan St. OR if necessary, on site.
