Covid-19 and Code
In response to Covid-19 and Code Enforcement- please read the following guidelines.
Inspections- As we prepare for winter, and a possible increase of cases, inspections will be performed on-site in all unoccupied and commercial spaces. On-site in occupied spaces will be determined on a case by case basis. Video chat/Pictures may be requested. Everyone will be required to wear a mask, the correct way, during the entire inspection.
Document Submittal- All (Building, SWWD, Violations, Complaints, Internal Plumbing, Business, ETC.) documents can be submitted via email or drop box outside of Town Hall. Please do NOT leave checks with applications. You will be notified when your permit is ready for pick up. At that time, you will need to visit customer service during regular business hours to pay/pick up at that time.
Appointments- Please schedule appointments via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (207-752-6103). All appointments will take place on site at Town Hall 11 Sullivan St. OR if necessary, on site.
